    Moments

    Waiting out these passing moments.
Counting them each, and every day.
Missing your smile your voice, and loving touch.
It's so hard to be away.
Seance time flows so slow it seems.
Each night that I close my eyes.
I embrace the dreams I have of you.
As this time rolls slowly buy.
Now when I wake from dreaming of you.
This ache in my heart is so real.
But these moments will pass with my feelings so true.
That I would wait all eternity for you.

Thank you tonya I'm very happy that you enjoyed reading one of my poems. Please have a wonderful day. John

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
