    Poem Commentary

    My parents are getting divorced, and I don't even know my Mom right now...

    Momma
    Mom,
    Why'd you have to leave?
    Mom,
    Why'd you pick that loser to be with?
    You could drop all the stupid crap you know,
    Come back to earth,
    Come back to me,
    My sister,
    Your sister's,
    Anyone.
    I miss you mom,
    The one I could always talk to,
    Hang out with,
    Tell funny stories to.
    She's gone now,
    & I don't like who's replaced her,
    This new Mom cannot be mine,
    She does pills,
    Pot,
    Crack,
    & Alcohol.
    My real Mom wouldn't,
    Where'd she go?
    I miss her you know.

    Divorce is a nasty thing. Sorry to hear your mom isn't handling it well. Maybe once she gets it all out of her system she will come back to the ones that mean the most. Her children.
