    Morgan

In the shadow of a doubt,
    I burn the candle out.
    Holding tight the pain within,
    Hiding from my sin.
    Staring at your face,
    I feel completely base.

    I look at that pout,
I need to find an alternate route,
Hiding from you in the din,
Polishing it off with a manic grin.
    It's just one big chase,
And I'm gettin' lost in this place.

Can't get you out of my head,
    Can't get off this bed.
    And now I'm seeing red,
    Yeah thats what I said.
Stuck here as if I'm made of lead.

Left in this world, so dull,
    Nothing left but a hull.
    You've got a lot gall.
    Better stay on the ball,
    Else you're gunna fall.
Don't bother giving me a call.

    prosy!! cool imagery!!!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
