    My Corner

    I sit and stare
    I'm scared and cold
    My heart aches
    of troubles and drear

    I doubt you care
    because I'm on my own
    siting from afar
    wondering where the
    real you hides
    My corner is a sancutary
    where my heart hides

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
