My Writing
I like to write poems
about people
That I've known.
About places,
That I've been.
Even about
My friends.
I write about
My feelings,
and the hurt
I feel inside.
I write about
many things,
That just come
Into my mind.
I still don't
Understand "why",
But it helps
to re leave the stress
That I feel inside.
Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
