    So I didn’t
    Get you
    In the
    End.
    And cause
    Of her
    We’re only
    Friends.
    But all
    I could do
    Is pretend
    That I don’t
    Think about you
    Now and then.
    That I
    Can’t depend
    On how
    I feel;
    I must take
    The fact
    That this
    Situation
    Is real.
    Cause of this,
    My life is
    As thin as a
    Crust,
    And we both
    Know that
    This hatred
    Was more
    Than lust.
    So you
    Can be
    You;
    And I
    Can be
    Me—
    And this
    Secrecy of us
    Will never
    Be.

    excellent style i don't know what it is called - but it is perfected in your illustration - what is the style of poem here - curious to know... KD

    There is no style in this poem I was this just bored and playing around with how it was written.

    When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
