    Now At Hand

    If i was to ask
    How much time
    You have now at hand
    Would you have the answer?
Our past has been a simple past
    With many meanings
    With many tears,
    Yet with much happiness
    Beyond it all
    What was important for me
    Was not for you
    I was a complete
    Silly romanitic fool and you
    You were just you
Dates to me meant a part of us
    Two becoming one
For you, dates were just dates
    Yesterday today
    Today tomorrow and
    Tomorrow just another day
Days came with the wind and
Blew away with no trouble at all
I really never understood the whys
But would it made any difference
    You always made excuses and
    Never the right one
Perhaps you had to find yourself
    At the edge of death
To see the importance of life
To see dates as a dairy and
    Words as the bible
    Holy and sacred
    In every possible gist
    Embracing two souls
    forever and ever into one.
