our last night

Our last night together mom, would be something i will never forget. That night God told me to anoint  the top of your head and soles of your feets, because very soon he said she shall be with me.  when I finish anointing you with oil you gave a very big smile. i know the lord was speaking to you mom, saying it wont be long my child just keep Holding on for just a little while. as i held your hand to feel your touch, i Know you love me mom so very much. i prayed that day and ask lord For strength to let you go. because my emotion of sorrow was just Feeling out of control. i seen you take your last breath, as i wiped your last tear away. but if it was up to you mom you would have stayed. i Just did'nt want to be selfish and stand in God's way. it was your time to Be free, from all the pain's and care's of this life and to spend eterinal Glory with jesus christ, with know more worries and pains to be told i Know now mom your walking on the streets of gold completely whole.

thanks so much for the comment and God bless.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
