    Perfect Person

I’m sitting here thinking, going crazy.
    My mind is running
    A million miles a minute.
    Thought after thought just
    Running through my mind
    At this time.
    What was I thinking?
    Where did I go wrong?
    Am I really destined to
    Be alone for the rest
    Of my life?
    Or will I find
    The person that is right
    For me?
    Is it best for me
    To just give up?
    Or do I keep looking
    For true love?
    I thought I knew
    What love was many
    Years ago, but as
It turns out, I was wrong.
    I don’t know what
    Love is, and I
    Never have known.
    At this rate, I
    don’t think I will
    Ever find love
    Let alone ever discover
    What love truly is.
    So what do I do?
    Where do I turn?
    Who can help me
    To discover my
    True purpose in
    This world?
    I guess the only
    One I can turn to
    For help is
    God.
