    Pity

"The raven falls off the tree cold, dead, from the freezing cold, without once feeling sorry for itself, nor asking the sorrow of any passerby,"
    Pity is not love.
    Pity is merciless.
    Pity may not shove,
but here you see it's ugliness,
when it gives it also takes.
A man feels sorry for another.
A man recognizes the worthlessness of his attempt.
A man feels sorry for his pain.
    A man recognizes his weakness.
A man feels sorry for his wasted time.
A man points out a waste of flesh.
I never asked for pity, and I do not deserve it.
I never asked for that hateful act.
    I never asked for pity.
