Biography
I am 43 years old with two wonderful children.. boys ages 17 and 15 and two step sons who are twins, ages 15. I have been a stay at mother for most of children's lives until two years when my husband and I opened our own auto transport business. I still stay home, but every once in a while i do travel the county with him on the road. I ride a harley davidson .. Heritage Softail Deluxe. With the wind against my face .. I feel free and my thoughts are at peace ! I have been writing poetry for about 30 years ... through writing poetry, I have learned to heal where other wise i would have suffered for a long time. It gives me comfort, truth, understanding, forgives, and more.

- Been writing nearly as long - actually, since 1981 (so that would just about 30 years - sorry, doing the math as I type). Between poetry and journaling I have managed to stay out a mental hospital and avoid shrinks. Like you, since finding the joy of riding into the wind, with nothing between me and it, since 2002, I have found a new therapy. Now, if I could just find a way to manage having a horse, I'd have probably the four best forms of therapy I could think of: poetry, journaling, motorcycles, and horses. Ooops, sorry, nearly forgot about mans best friend: a dog. Randy, Wichita, KS
