    punish the punished

    I'm already locked up
yet they threaten to send me to the hole
    in another cell
    in another house
    in another wing
they tell me to watch what I say and censer what I write, or else
    they will confine me
    to another cell
    in another house
    in another wing
    lock me down so I don't make my 15 cents an hour;
while they fatten their pockets as I sit
    in another cell
    in another house
    in another wing
    bring my meals and drink
    to another cell
    in another house
    in another wing
when my time comes to be released from their punishment
    from another cell
    in another house
    in another wing,
I'll just return to what I was doing
    in another cell
    in another house
    in another wing.
