    • Life is in transistion, life seems on hold, life status is still as good as gold.

    Queen

    My Queen
    My lady
    I am your subject
    I am yours too command

I have long since been you husband
    Your lover
    Your friend

    I am your warrior
    Your juggernaut
    Your King

    Yet, you are my Queen
    So radiant
    So bright

As I glance to get a glimpse of you
Your beauty shines through like a light
    Your magnitude
    Such might

For with a mere word you bring men to their knees
You bring rooms to complete silence whenever you’re seen
Nature seems to whisper and call out your name
    And say’s,
    We love you

    For you are my Queen
    My everything
I find deep satisfaction from the joy that you bring
You are my one true delight

    For my single purpose
    My single right
    To guard your very presence
    Is my reward every night

    You are my lady
    You are everything to me
    For you are my treasure
    You are my Queen

I think all ladies are Queens. They are all unique in their own way. A special gift to someone waiting to receive them

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
