    "Jeffery"

You never told me that it was today,
That you had to go away.
To keep on going and to never return,
The tears I shed makes my eyes burn.
But now you're in a better place,
Where God has been waiting to see your face.
Will never know why you left so soon,,
I need someone to understand, but whom?
Everyone but me seems to agree that you had to go,
Never again will I see that smile that always show,
How happy you were, and when sad no one knows.
I hate that we didn't talk that much,
Didn't get the last chance to feel a touch,
Of you hand on my shoulder saying,
    Keda, it will be okay,
I will see you again, but on another day.
