A teaspoon of sugar
to make it sugary sweet
A cup full of love
That makes the heart beat

For strength to make it hold
Then roll it out & warm it up
Til' it's brownish gold
Now this is just the crust
to hold it all together
Everything inside
is what will make it better
A dash of peace, 3 cups of hope
& sprinkle in respect
A touch of this, a splash of that
should really do the effect
The next ingredtients are hard to find
not found in any store
Look real hard & search the land
to find what you're looking for
A spoonful of loyalty
harmony & love
Add a little purity
& freedom of a dove
Now mix this all together
& pour it in the crust
This sounds so delicious
But is it yet enough?
The trick to this desert
is to share it with you friends
Family and loved ones
that will be there til' the end
