    SENSE AND SENSIBILITY

I don't even know you but I find myself in your arms and a kiss softly on my neck. It brings tears, not of sadness, but from the pit of by being. I have never laid eyes upon you, but I have seen a picture and a letter so sweet, it really would be nice to meet.  The thoughts of you are so precious, they wash over me like waves of silk. I tell my heart good things come to those who wait. I have never heard the voice you have, but something inside my soul tells me that my ears awaits for the honey that drips from your lips, but again I don't even know you!

Ahh, the patience and mystery of one not met. A striking balance, the beginning and ending. Great write. 9

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
