Silver Linings

I've heard the expression many times, "There's a silver lining to every cloud." Is there really, or do we make our own silver linings?
When it's raining in our lives ti's easy to let ourselves drown. Sometimes we can't see past the rain.
Pulling ones self up,
looking to a higher power and overcoming lifes bumpy roads it tough.
Adversity has fallen upon all of us at one time. Is it the cloud with the silver lining that has pulled us through,
our will inside, or our drive to succeed that put the silver lining around the cloud?
Finding you own silver lining and shinning through, really all depends on you!

The silver lining is your "FAITH" knowing that all things are but for a season, after the pain then the joy then more of the same but God wants his people to trust him and know that through our faith in him comes that silver lining, we'll somehow come through and will still be standing when many others fall, be encouraged my sister though I don't know you I will keep you in my prayers as I'd like you to do me sincerely WARSAW your a good writer..

There is a silver linning but only by the grace of God do we see it. You write very well, I enjoy your writings. Keep up the good work, express yourself with full heart and soul.I give this a 10

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.
