    Singing

    January 14, 2008

    The stage is big
    and bright.
    The spotlight is on me,
    at first i'm nervous,
    then the song starts
and its just me and the mic.
    No audience is to big,
    No spotlight is to bright.
    I only know the music,
and nothing else seems to matter.
    Singing is a hobby,
    singing is my passion,
the only part of me everyone can know.
    Singing is my obsession.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
