Dark poetry, but written with such astounding metaphors that my eyes pop out of my head!

One has to be aware of "The Other Side", for there is nothing but nasty things that will destroy ones mind, and even their soul. Hey Dah......Very entertaining thoughts............................g

Do I see and apple in your hand? And are you passing them out? —and thank you geo for the visit.

Of course......now, here's your apple, Dah.........check it for worms, you never know for sure what that first bite may reveal......

oddly, it's the worm that I am after, that tiny wet pink one that I crave so much and all of the sin that goes with this craving...

It FIGURES........or should I say, it fingers.....

figures, fingers, they go together like a lady finger filled with my favorite: vanilla cream, and a strong mug of organic dark french roast, my guitar, my pencil and paper and my twisted thoughts. Now, don't forget to make that phone call. Why wait? geo, you are so funny!

Speechless- you have rendered my absolutely speechless! I know you are use to the constant praise of your fans. The silent applause you have earned- reguardless of the length or subject. I read this, and can only shake my head silent- this is what Im thinkin' Dah; YOU Are What 'ART' aspires to become... this is why I just gotta be here!- hugz,Maddi

your comment has physically "rendered me speechless" as if deaf and dumb, with a deformed tongue, and a glued together mouth. You have a brilliant mind. Thank you...

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
