snowball prayer

oh lovely snowball
packed with care
smack a head thats unaware

then with freezing
ice to spare
melt and soak through
underwear

fly straight and true
hit hard and square
this oh snowball
is my prayer

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
