    spark of summer

    It is not summer yet
    but is it not hot
    yes it is cold today
    It must be may
    June will be tomorrow
Summe rcomes soon it is hot
I somtimes hate and love the summer
It will fill me with joy
As I bask in the sun
I will draeam of the children having fun
Soon then it will be over
    The dreaded cold will return
Summer is just a spark in time

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
