    Sunshine

You are so far away, but yet you seem
    so near
I've been waiting on you to come out,
so I can meet you my dear
I would travel all the miles to get to
    where you are
Oh, how I love that you are a big,
    bright, and shining star
When you come out you light up
    everything below
Have I ever told you that you have a
    magnificient glow
But when daylight turns to night,
    you go away and hide
Like I've told you all my secrets
    and how I feel inside
Oh, how I would like to get to where
    you are
It's just the thought of burning up
That's why we are meant to be apart
