    dedicated to my "mom"(my greatgrandmother) who passed away December 28 1978

    Tears of my Heart

     Silently I sit at my window
    Gazing upon the moonlight
    Memories of yesterday
    Fill my heart and mind
    Thirty years have passed
    Since I have felt your touch
    Life is so very unfair
    You were stolen from me
    During a time I needed you so
    How my life would be changed
    If you could of stayed with me
    So deep was the pain and grief
    I acted out with anger and rage
    I have never been the same
    Since the day that your death came.
    I hated those that I loved
    Wouldn't let any one get close
    I wanted death to stay away
    So never again would I lose
    Someone I loved like I loved you.
