    The commute

Annoyed, disheartened, a rush to get to the destination

Look around and see a busy, selfish nation

To suceed, to climb that promotional ladder

Don't they realise that losing life to find life in you is all that should matter

Mobile phones and emails being sent

Stress overcoming, a feeling of resentment

Pointing the finger, who is to blame?

Don't they realise that you were put through shame

    Complaints, gossip, arguing together

Is it really just the problem of the weather?

Or is it maybe the reality that there must be more?

Don't they realise that Jesus, Our Saviour, Our Lord for them was born

On our way again the destination edges closer

But the thought of more depressing news keeps them looking over their shoulder

I guess life goes on when they leave the train and get back to their daily works

Don't they realise how much you love them and without you death surely lurks

Surely I should move, I should be sharing the good news

My prayers goes out to them, Its not right that they haven't heard, that their lives they will lose

Guide me Lord, Bring me boldness, confidence and words that are true

Dont they realise life isnt just about selfish desire and work but forever glorifying YOU
