The Demon’s Vengeance

A dark mind of a man has finally awaken
Where his place on this world he must have
When every man blamed him for everything
Now it is time to stand

Have you every seen a demon cry in pain?
No one would even look me in the eye
You see me as a demon but you never looked at yourself
You’re worst than my kind

I reminisce the pain I had in the past
Bringing back the people who turned me into this
Who treated me like an animal,
Who see me as a beast

And now time is calling me
To sit back on my throne
To be the man who I should be
And my vengeance is done

For some reason I felt this poem. It's kinda dark but I like it. It's full of raw emotion. There is more to being a "Man" then being born male.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
