    Poem Commentary

    In this poem I take a step back from my usual in your face eroticism and draw the parallel between an approaching thunderstorm and an approaching woman wanting sex.  I hope all my  friends and others  enjoy my attempt in this endeavor. To my friends who like my direct in your face style of eroticism fear not for that is where I live. Enjoy. 

    The Downpour

    Boom ..Rumble ..Boom
    Growing ever closer ever near
    Ever Louder.

    Boom ..Rumble ..Boom
    Growing ever darker
    Ever Bright.

    Boom ..Rumble ..Boom ..Flash
    Trickle trickle as you roll in
    Ever Wetter.

    Boom ..Rumble .. Boom ..Flash
    I can feel the electricity in the air
    Ever Closer.

    Boom ..Rumble ..Boom ..Flash ..Crackle
    I just watch and smell the rain approaching
    Ever Powerful.

    Boom ..Rumble ..Boom ..Rain
    Splashing and yet the sun is out
    Ever Harder.

    Boom ..Rumble ..Boom ..Flash ..Crackle ..Pour 
    You Rain on me I Rain on you
    Ever Sensitive.

    Boom ..Rumble ..Boom ..Flash ..Crackle ..Pour 
    We are both drenched in Rain how beautiful
    Ever Further.

    I really like this one...simple and descriptive..you've conveyed the feeling without overthinking something...hard for me to do sometimes...nice work.

    I loved it..very interesting with every Boom...it's following through to get to that climax and then you take a breathe sit back and just (sighs) enjoy the down pour =)
