The Fork in the Road
There comes a time in everyones path,
when you stand at the divide,
of the fork in the road.
There's nowhere to run there's nowhere to hide,
and you must choose the right side,
at the fork in the road.
It's not always an easy task,
and there's no one else you can ask,
you can't let your pride,
take you for a ride,
or you may choose the wrong side,
at the fork in the road.
You only have two choices to make,
the road which is right,
or the other, a mistake.
The road which is right,
is narrow and straight,
and lets you be the master of your own fate.
But beware, beware, beware O' traveler,
for glass sometimes sparkle like diamonds;
and that wide glittering road,
may cost you your soul,
if you choose the wrong path,
at the fork in the road.
when you stand at the divide,
of the fork in the road.
There's nowhere to run there's nowhere to hide,
and you must choose the right side,
at the fork in the road.
It's not always an easy task,
and there's no one else you can ask,
you can't let your pride,
take you for a ride,
or you may choose the wrong side,
at the fork in the road.
You only have two choices to make,
the road which is right,
or the other, a mistake.
The road which is right,
is narrow and straight,
and lets you be the master of your own fate.
But beware, beware, beware O' traveler,
for glass sometimes sparkle like diamonds;
and that wide glittering road,
may cost you your soul,
if you choose the wrong path,
at the fork in the road.
