    • I am once again sharing my life with a partner. Like has not been kind. I lost 2 men in my life in a period of 11 days 3 years ago. My September years hopefully will again allow a different kind of love to bring me contentment.

    Poem Commentary

A little deception but the end result was not harmful. I think they call it seduction.

    The Kiss

My lips held the secret of what was yet to be shared,
your lips waited for the moment that showed how much I cared.
As my eyes met yours, and we drank our glass of wine
it only took a moment, then your lips met mine.

Electric waves of desire, melting flesh became as one
as the fire of passion we had now begun.
We teased our senses, settled close together
heads light and floating, like a wind blown feather.

All this happened with just the pleasure of a kiss,
did we know when we began it would lead to this?
Sensations felt like no other we had known
and to other have we ever shown.

Yes, my lips met yours and a journey we began
and little did you know......it was my master plan!
Sweet hunger, the pleasure on your face
has now taken us to a very special place.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
