The Loss Of A Friend

I thought you'd be my friend forever
So why did that have to end?
We said no matter what, we'll stick together
But we drifted apart
Ever since you ever since you have gone

So now I wonder what could've been
Would our friendship have survived?
Or, just like it did, it would've died?

cool poem michelle. Mr. Barr should have had a topic for that

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
