THE NIGHT THAT I DIED

I'M FASCINATED BY IT ALL.....CONVERSATIONS OF RELIGION AND DEATH, EXPERIENCES OF LIFE AND TRUTH, ALL IN ONE MOMENT....

THAT NIGHT I DIED TO EVERYTHING THAT I KNEW, AND BELIEVED. I MOVED BEYOND THOUGHTS AND CONCEPTS, TO A PLACE OF REST AND OPENNESS. WHERE THE INFINITE LIVES AND BREATHES, WHERE I ALSO LIVE AND BREATHE

FOR I AM ONE WITH THIS ENIGMATIC FORCE....THE SOURCE...WITHOUT FEAR I CAN FINALLY EMBRACE THIS ETERNAL TORCH....

It's very calming in a way, but I would also like to know more about what inspired this poem.

very positive and liberating. I liked it alot. Quantum physics says we and everything in the universe is just a bigger or smaller version of itself bit like a fractal, too view life you need to see all that life is for everyone. Thankyou for the great read

thank u 4 the comment...

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
