    The Other Woman

     There was always this other woman...
    The outraged voice she heard so often...
    The other woman that was there...
    Just never seen.
    The other woman who claimed her so many nights...
    The woman she had never heard of...
    She didn't know who this woman was...
    All the rage...
    It didn't add up.
    This other woman was her...
    The years of anger that had built up...
    Was now trying to escape...
    But would she let this woman out?
    She didn't know what to do.
    She never knew she had so much voice...
    The anger, frustration, and rage...
    The softness in her voice now gone...
    The silkiness in her eyes washed away...
    Passion once there vanished.
    No more of the other woman...gone.

    i don't know if this is about an affair that you had with someone or what!! if it is i am glad that you are gone. i watched how an affair affected my mom and the other woman was much younger than her with children of her own and my dad left us ( i was older and on my own) but i had a very little bro and sis and it was horrible to see my mom the way she was. but she was the one that told him either me or the other woman and he chose the other woman and their relationship didn't last and i was happy for that. he didn't realize what he had thrown away... i am glad if this is saying you are done with it.. most of the time it doesn't work out. you don't deserve that at all.

    There was a time in my life where i didnt feel like me anymore...i felt like this other woman...but that time is over...that woman is gone
