    UGLY

Beauty is only skin deep and can leave standing alone, but ugly usually runs in pack and cuts you to the bone!

Loved this one. short true and to the point and made me think. I can't deny the fact that I always wanted physical beauty. I'm not a monster by any means but it would be fun to be my own composite of what I think of as beauty. My daughter tells me the combination of my choices would be truly ugly. lots of fun and thought provoking.

BEAUTY IS NOT STABLE AND VERY RARELY OWNS, BUT UGLY IS SO CONNIVING, IT GOES ON AND ON. BEAUTY IS THE EASY SOLUTION BUT SO HATES TO BE A PART OF POLLUTING. UGLY JUST HAVE TO HAVE THEIR WAY, THINK THEY CAN STAND JUDGEMENT DAY?

I once read something similar to this (It's a theme that gets a lot of attention). To the best of my recollection it went: Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly is to the bone. Beauty fades and passes away, but ugly holds it own. I like your version. It speaks to inner understanding.

This is the truth, the word beauty is the reality of every person in which they try to keep and hold on to, great write.

thank you so much for reading and you comments.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
