    Unfathomable Presence

    There is calmness,

    That exists and resides

    In the midst of the roars,

    Of a hailing storm;

    There’s stillness,

    That persists and resists

    In the deep core,

    Of the railing thunders;

    There’s serenity,

    That will not be ridden over

    Even in the face

    Of terrible tremors;

    There’s a peace

    That floods the noise,

    Its presence in turbulence,

    Who can indeed understand?

    great feelings invoked in this poem, a great write, you have found serenity hidden within.

    When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
