WHEN IT IS ALL SAID AND DONE

 

Looking back over the past years

I can say thank you Lord for bringing me thus far

It has been a roller coaster ride of events

The drama, the pain, the misunderstandings, and of course the joy

That I have had in my life

No matter what may come my way I plan on seeing it through

No matter what the outcome may bring I will stay strong

I have to there is no other way of doing it

Meeting new people and greeting old friends are a part of this amazing journey that has been bestowed upon me.

I am truly Blessed, there are good days and bad days

Days filled with joy and days filled with pain

Days that laughter runs over and tears ran freely

When it is all said and done

I know what has captured me and kept me going

I know what giving up and putting up without means

I know what the joy of losing and gaining is all about

For I am nothing without the love of God, He who believes in me

When others do not

He, who gives me my source of strength to carry along,

He, who I will rely on to make easy and difficult decisions that may come my way,

When it is all said and done

The beauty of being loved and giving love is a miracle

The feeling of knowing that you are cherish and thought about; regardless whether that love may comes from it can be your children, siblings, parents, or a special person in your life. 

When it is all said and done

You find that our lives are worth taking those special chances and what do not kill you will only make you stronger.

So when it is all said and done I hope that  

Whatever we seek we shall find

Whatever we hope for shall be granted

Whatever we pray for should be answered

May God’s love keep us safe in his bosom arms of love, peace, joy, and hope?
