    Your Shadow

Are you scared of your faithful shadow?
The one that sneaks up on you from afar,
The one that knows your every move,
Or yet the one that swiftly disappears,
The cunning things that they are.
    Coming and going,
    Like night and day.
It's expecting you to be there.
    Are you?

Short but full of soul & thanks for your kind words. Poets/Authors write from internal passion & readers are enveloped by their words. Great.

I very much enjoyed this one. Very to the point. Sweet

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
