A Place here within me.....
The world i was inbefore their was you
was one of lonliness,this
is true.
Who would have known
with all that I had
still i felt lonely and sad.
Opportunity comes along
and sometimes just once
so I went with that hunch
closed my eyes and took the
chance
How good it felt to once again
dance!
You lifted me up-up
off the ground
brought me to heights that
had been lost now
again found
It wasnt suppose to
go as it has
an affair of the heart
but soon I was certain I felt it start!
I could just look in your
eyes forever -see into your
soul
"a being" we all should be lucky to know
Your smile...I love so much
big and true
It can always make me happy and
smile along with you
By all accounts what we
have is forbidden
so my love for now it must
be kept hidden
from those who just
dont know
what its like
to find that once in a life
a match to your soul.
The one who inspires
to be all you know
and makes you believe
you can overcome it
all.
If goodbyes are due
I could never forget
The time spent with you
will be time I'll never regret!
All has a reason
I believe in fate
But will I ever know
why we were brought together
in this life so late
as I sit here
so much alone,afraid
to lose what we shared
and have known
I know you must go and prepare
A plan to go and move toward
and if goodbyes are due
I will step aside for you
to move forward,but
before I do
please come to me
look into my eyes and think
if it could be
and hold me close
touch my heart,feel it
beat
and if still you must go
to find your other true soul
maybe just once more you
could love me body,heart whole.
before it is tomorrow
when my heart begins to fill
with sorrow
When i watch you you go
and my tears begin to flow
I'll think how lucky she'll be and
I will for sure envy!
but
always remember ,forget never
you'll always have a place here
within me
where my love for you lives on
forever.............
