Age is just a Number...

When age is just a Number, We are as young as we feel.
Or is it just a frame of mind, and sometimes how we deal
with lifes pain's and pleasures?
Maybe it could be mind over matter.....

If we don't mind, Than does it really matter?
What our Number is......
No one can tell us how to act!
Certainly not how to Feel!

It is our own personal Choice,
how we  perceive this age old question today.

So if age is just a Number? than why does it matter so much?,
to C'mon let's face it  " to most of us!"
So when it comes right down to it,
If your asking me?

If age is just a number, than I choose to see,
the memories and lesson's learned,
And the Wisdom Given to me.
Through the ripe young age I have come to Be at only 43.

And so today we must remember Truely,
that age is just a number, And my Dear
We are always...only as young as we choose to feel!!.
Not Exactly just the Number or Age that we have come to Be.
 So don't let any body tell you, you look  Very Old today.
