I am angry,upset,hurt,distraught! I am pissed, could hit something, could kick something, I am angry!! I want to cuss at you, yell at you, I feel bad things about you! You cause trouble, you can't leave alone, you won't stop!!! You manipulate, lie, pretend you are what your not! Or act like you do no wrong!

Your words are misguiding, you hurt others, you've hurt before! You abuse your right, you abused my right, you are hateful! I can't stand to look at you, I can't forgive you, I hate you!

I am angry, pissed, want to hit something or someone, want to kick,want to screammmmmmmmm!! I want to be left alone, I want to let go of this pain, I can't it is here, it won't stop, it has no gain!

I feel invaded, I feel I have lost my right, I couldn't fight, I could not win! I am lost, confused, hurt, distraught! What did you do? Why did you do it? Why couldn't you stop? Why are you here? Why can't you leave?
