    As All Should See.........1-12 -88
    Caught up in the winds of time
    Driven by the force of mind
    Seeking shelter from the storm
    As the raging wind
    Of time unfurls

    All we find along the way
    The bitter wind blows away
    Leaving cold
    The lifeless form
    Of shattered dreams
    From life before

    All within standing still
    While pain and anger
    Move at will
    As the sands of time
    grow heavy and deep
    The price of life
    Seems not so cheap

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
