    By You

I look outside the window, my mind somewhere in my past.
stepping through the frames of time, of times I wished had last.

Broken roads,  and heartaching decisions, they deterrmined
    my fate.
Til days ending wrong decisions my hero came almost too late

The demons that surrounded me, they beckoned and urged me on
Drowning my sorrows in borrowed time, and words to a sad song.

With strength that failed, My life turned to dust. I slowly began to drift astray
Waving my last to a morning sunrise, and to the loved ones I sent on their way

No time for forgiveness, No will of my own.
No longer thinking of living. No longer did I wish to be alone

Unseen hands bid me to do their will,
so deadly a potion their poison hidden in each pill.

Mistakes made, then set aside, another voice I heard.
He reached for me through the darkness, angels keeping his word

The rocks cutting my feet I held on tight,
Had I really wished to end my life that night.

Had I really passed the point of believing God and all else had failed. Letting the demons and Satan  transform my soul into a prisoner in Hell's Cell

The light so pure, that morning it pierced my soul like a knife
I opened my eyes, and there He stood by my side and give me back my life

My doors and windows opened back up to me.
    My life started anew.
My life no longer full of demons and Hell
Given back to me by you.
