Wind whispers and the voice of sadness is echoed in my ear,

emotions of loss and deprivation are caught within my hearts web of sorrow,

it is the loss of love here that loss of self now i fear,

close off ur heart shut down all feelings hide away those emotions until tomorrow.

Heavens dance and thunder his tears fall so my sadness will not weep,

let lose my soul turn my shell free give this heart back to me,

it was in looking for u the trust i did not reap my soul i now seek,

this mirror life holds reflects everyone's sadness so i may see.

At your door standing in the solitude of sadness,

cold dark is the place i have waited,

now alone still waiting  trials have become madness,

turn walk away all gloom in me this heart be fated.

I have walked away turned away and run to hide my hurt,

the many faces caught by sadness u do not see,

i bury my soul my pride and the heart now torn from me in the dirt,

may his tears rain down wash my hurt take back this heart i do not need.
