Nature's Nest
Wounded spools unravel,effortlessly time unwinds,
judge me not disheveled apparel,
brazen heart unbinds.
Is this what becomes humankind,
the ticking tick tock of clock come to rest,
give me shelter in nature's nest.
Birds lost in skies,
crippled moths float higher,
fish clamber like flies,
trees bruised blackened now fire.
Is this what becomes humankind,
the ticking tick tock of clock come to rest,
give all shelter in nature's nest.
Icing melts from bosomed cloud,
in life's blood we bathe and soak,
make mockery i plea i be not proud,
shelter me under wing let night cloak.
Is this what becomes humankind,
the ticking tick tock of clock come to rest,
give me shelter in nature's nest.
Her name be Dawn now resurrect,
golden threads she weaves like toffee,
leiden loved life we all protect,
I see and conjure looking in black coffee.
Is this what becomes humankind,
the ticking tick tock of clock come to rest,
give all shelter in nature's nest.
