CHOSEN
Although the path's a long hard road;
I'll go forth; and do as I'm told;
I must stay the course; on the straight and narrow;
knowing; God will care for me; as He does the sparrow.
When the spirit of fear creeps in;
I'll turn to Him; who lives within;
for I'm no longer bound by me;
Thanks to Christ; who made me free.
Yes, I'll suffer hurt and pain;
I am persecuted for His name;
why expect to be accepted and loved?
When they rejected The Anointed One.
For God alone; I live and die!
Remain faithful; as tears stream from my eyes;
judgement of others; shall not keep me frozen!
Because I didn't choose; Instead I was CHOSEN.
