    Crossing

    September 13th
    1975
Proved to be an awful day
    While many were celebrating
    New life
A dream stirred in my mother
    Leaping
    Never knowing years later
    A child and a thought
    Would cross paths
    Two adults
    With much to lose
    But what we thought
    Was more to gain
    I am sure July 7th
    1982
    To you feels the same

This is very mysterious.... "a child and a thought would cross paths"...... I like the way you instill curiosity into your very interesting poem. I have not seen one of similar kind and I am glad I have stopped to read your words..... Thank you, I like it very much :) Salam (peace)

You have a way with words, that I can't explain.

Very intricate poem. I can see that this has a much deeper meaning than one would expect. I LOVE IT!!!

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
