If only you could see
The hurt you cause inside of me
Like a beg to set my soul free
It's chained and tortured
Beaten and crushed
This pond of hate
Is now a sea
If you'd just love me
Instead of flee
My broken soul could finally be
Set free
Away from its chains
That harnessed the pain
That you helped contain
My sorrow
My blood
The sea of hate
Has now become a flood
Don't tell me you'll nurture my soul forevermore
When you've left it bleeding
All over the floor
