    DEPLETED

I don’t fit. No matter what I do, or say. There is no place for me here; I just want to quit. Slow people; fast people, never none in between. To many questions, not enough answers. Starting at the top; getting lost, it never comes to an end.
It’s disturbingly confusion with no resolutions. You fall back; drop, and hit the ground. No way out. No where to run. Can not scream; no point of shouting The noise is to loud; actually quite deafening.
Can’t slow down. Can’t speed up. One push of a button; I’ve now been DEPLETED.

A well-written poem! I must agree with my fellow poet "mdpoetgirl" in the fact that you are welcome in God's family, our family! Great job in writing this piece!

Such a solemn poem, rosebud, but well written. Your wording describes the feeling of alienation and not belonging very well. Sometimes you CAN feel lost in the crowd and out of sorts (I've been there), but keep trying and learning new things, meeting new peoople, going new places. Chances are you need more exposure to find your niche. Sometimes it can take a lifetime, but never give up. Never stop searching. God bless you.

By the way, you're always welcome in God's family. That's one place you'll always feel accepted, loved, wanted, and at home. You'll see ;-)

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
