    Dr. King

    Long live the king
with all of his forgotten dreams.

If Dr. King was here he would
feel that his dreams has disappeared.

Why dont you stand up for what's right,
that's the reason had to fight.
Now his dream has faded in the night.

Do you not undestand that all of this violence
is causing our race to become silenced.

If your search the jail cells,
you will find a lot of brothers catchin' hell.

    The dream is no more,
because they think we are all hardcore.

We cover  our lives with drugs and use guns and knives as protection.
Don't you know that's leading us in the wrong direction?

    Haven't you heard this selection?
Don't you think we should stand and make correction?

    If you live King's way
you are bound to have a blessed day.
    As Rev. would always say,
"Baby you oughta pray and let God lead the way."

So long live the King and all of his forgotten dreams>

Shout it from the roof top to the streets, Dr.King did have a dream.
