    Engulfed

    Vast.
    the water sprays

    Exhillaration, Excitement, Glee

The Heavens are awake with low hanging fruit.

My mind is blank. Submerged– Head first, looking at the darkness of the bottom.

The body arches up. Head up and arms pull 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. Legs kick. Adrenaline pumping and my breathing tight.

At eye level surveying the waters, and the heavens through an orange filter of plastic.

I am mere speck in comparison.

Lifting my head to breath, effortless grabbing air

My lungs absorb the union of Heaven and Sea –

    I see.

    Beautiful writing! Swim! Swim!

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
