    This poem is about missing someone whom you truely admires.

    Everyday Being Away

     

    Everyday being away, the more I think about you.

    Everyday being away, the more I need you near to me.

    Everyday being away, I realize how dear you are to me.

    Everyday being away, I thank the Lord for showing me a love that never dies.

    Everyday being away, causes me to wipe away the tears I cry.
     
    Everyday being away, I can’t wait for another day to hold you in my arms.

    Everyday being away, Makes me long to feel your touch.

    Everyday being away, it’s hard for me to sleep at night, whatever we do. I hope we never fight.

    Everyday being away, I wonder if you’ve been thinking of me, cause if you are,--that’s the way I want it to be, let’s al-ways be a-lone and in love.
