    Fibro Fear

    the pain is back today
    more severe than yesterday

the kind of pain that feels like a rag would
that was used to wash the floor after some upset and
needed to be wrung out by hand

and you twist it and twist it and push down hard on it in the basin
tighter tighter harder and harder until the last drop surrenders

only this twisting wrenching pain is felt and persists waxing and waneing

today it is waxing stopping my life and shutting me down

the doctor wrote lifelong on my paper to bring to work

    can I do this?
